Kabra the Fashionista is the Clothing Outlets situated in Nashik at prime locations- Sharnpur Road and Nashik Road. We have been in Clothing textile for the past more than 50 Years now. Starting from Malegau our journey to Nashik has been a huge success. Now we have totally 5 branches spread across Maharashtra. Our Aim is to maintain the purity and elegance of the Indian Textile Market by promoting the Handloom and Artisans Skill. We at Kabra the Fashionista believe in providing the best Customer experience to our users purchasing through this Platform. The main goal is to provide best services across the World. Users purchasing through this platform www.kabradfashionista.com agree to all the Terms and Conditions laid down herein.

The below terms and conditions are recorded in electronic form within the meaning of Information Technology Act, 2002. This electronic record is generated by a Computer System and does not require any physical or digital Signatures. Please read the terms carefully before using or accessing this platform or availing any services. By using the Platform and availing any Services, you signify your agreement to be bound by the terms laid herein.

For the purpose of terms “Product” means all those items that are listed on www.kabradfashionista.com  website for sale, Purchase from time to time having exclusive ownership Rights only with Kabra the Fashionista. These terms and conditions are divides into two parts regarding (1) Usage of Platform and (2) Purchase of Product.

(a) Terms of Use

This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

 For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "You" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a member of the Website by providing Registration Data while registering on the Website as Registered User of kabra-the fashionista.

The customer by accessing / using www.KabradFashionista.com as a registered user agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions, policies of our website. Any customer willing to use our website may create an account by providing true, accurate and complete information as to name, address, email, phone number, and thus avail the services. Please note that we rely on the information you have provided to us at the time of creating an account for verifying your details and further for delivery purposes and communication of any attractive offers from time to time.

 Kabra - The Fashionista reserves the right to change, amend, modify or update the policies, terms and conditions from time to time, without any notice and the revised terms and conditions would be available on the website, hence customers are requested to read the same carefully.

 You agree that the Kabra the Fashionista may appoint any third party service provider, including but not restricted to one or more of the Company's affiliate to provide backend operations and support as instructed by the Company from time to time including but not limited to collection, processing and remittance of the Transaction Price using the existing authorized banking infrastructure to provide enabling support facility for collection and remittance of payment including but not limited to the Logistics Partner.

 

(b) Intellectual property Rights

The domain name "www.kabradfashionista.com" is controlled and operated by Kabra the Fashionista. All material on this site, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights that are owned and controlled by Kabra the Fashionista. Material on "Kabra the Fashionista" website owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Kabra the Fashionista is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by email or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly and you must not assist any other person to do so. Without the prior written consent of the owner, modification of the materials, use of the materials on any other web site or networked computer environment or use of the materials for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use is a violation of the copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights is prohibited. Any use for which you receive any remuneration, whether in money or otherwise, is a commercial use for the purposes of this clause.

 The Customers are advised to shop and use the products only through our registered domain www.kabradfashionista.com, as we don't sell our products through any other website or online portal. We shall not be liable in any way to any person for buying our products or similar products under the name "Kabra the Fashionista" from any other online store.

 

(c) Payments

 The customer can select from respective currencies mentioned on the top right hand side of the page and check the prices of the products. For customers within India, the prices stated for the products are inclusive of GST and shipping charges, (please refer to our shipping policy). The customer can make the payment by either ways – (i) online payment using net banking, debit/credit cards through our payment gateway partner HDFC Bank. * For this purpose we may enter into agreements with third party payment gateway aggregators and financial institutions authorized by the Reserve Bank of India for collection, refund and remittance and to facilitate payment or (ii) a direct payment to us via bank transfer/NEFT.

Fall Pico Services are available by payment of Rs.100 for purchase upto Rs.3000/- per product. For products costing more than Rs. 3000/- Fall Pico services are free, its upon customer to opt for the services are not, because the inclusion of services takes one day extra time for packaging and once the product is sent for Fall pico cancellation/exchange/return cannot be done in any manner.

Gift Vouchers and redemption of the same is available only in our stores, and cannot be availed online.

(d) Limitation of Liability

 In no event shall "Kabra the Fashionista" be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind in connection with this agreement, even if "Kabra the Fashionista" has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.
