  • What fabrics and saree types do you offer?
    We offer a wide variety of sarees including pure silk, Kanchipuram, Banarasi, cotton blends, designer organza, net, georgette and more. You can browse by “Shop All → category” on our site.
  • How do I choose the right size / length for a saree?
    A standard saree is usually about 5.5 m long (for 6 yards) and the blouse piece is included (unless otherwise mentioned). If you need custom blouse length or extra petticoat length, please mention it when ordering.
  • How accurate are the colours and patterns in the online photos?
    We strive to display colour and pattern accurately, but screen settings and lighting may cause slight variation. If you feel the difference is significant, you may contact us for clarification.
  • What is your shipping policy and when will I receive my order?
    We provide free shipping on orders above ₹3,000. (As stated on the website.) From confirmation of payment, dispatch typically takes X business days; delivery time depends on your location.
  • Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
     Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking ID/message via SMS/email so you can track it online.
  • What is your returns/refund policy?
    Please refer to our “Refund Policy” link at the bottom of the site. Generally, returns are accepted within [X days] of delivery if the product is unused and all tags are intact. Custom-made items may be non-returnable.
  • How do I care for the sarees (washing, storing, etc)?
    Since many sarees are silk or delicate fabrics, we recommend dry-cleaning or gentle hand-wash in cold water using mild detergent. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Do you accept wholesale / bulk orders?
    Yes — we have a “Wholesale Enquiry” section listed in the menu. Please fill out the form or contact us with your requirement (quantity, type of saree, delivery location) and we’ll respond with pricing & details.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and other major payment methods as listed in the footer of our site. Ensure your payment is complete before shipping.
  • Is there a sign-up offer or special discount for new customers?
    Yes — there’s a 10% off offer on signing up. Please register / provide your email to receive the coupon or discount code at checkout.
