Shipping Policy
Shipping charges for our products will be displayed at the time of checkout. However, in certain cases where the basket size is large or requires special handling, a nominal oversized packaging fee may be applied to ensure safe delivery of all items.
- Customers are requested to provide an accurate, complete, and valid address along with the correct PIN code while placing an order. We will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
- Please note:
Billing Address refers to the address where the customer receives credit card bills, and Shipping Address refers to the address where the order will be delivered. Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. - After placing an order, customers can track their order status through the website of Kabra The Fashionista. For any queries, customer care service is available on weekdays between 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (IST). You may also email your queries to kabraonline@gmail.com.
Once the product is dispatched, a tracking code will be shared for shipment tracking. - For international orders, VAT, import duties, and local taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery directly to the courier partner. These charges are over and above the product price and vary by country as per local regulations.
- All prices are inclusive of GST.
- Kabra The Fashionista shall not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
- For deliveries outside India, customs charges may be applicable and will be borne by the customer.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
We offer refunds and exchanges on products for the following cases:
Genuine Quality Issues: If you receive a saree with genuine quality problems, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request you to provide additional photographs or other forms of verification to process your return. We will initiate the refund/exchange process once we have received the product and investigated the issue.
Damaged or Wrong/Missing Product: If your saree arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will initiate the refund process or send you the correct item at no additional shipping cost, based on your preference.
RTO: Customers are requested to provide a complete shipping address with active phone number. Post failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency the package will be returned to our warehouse. If any reshipping requests are raised, customers will have to pay additional shipping charges at actuals.
Color Mismatch: We take utmost care while photographing images to match the true color of the saree. However, there might be slight color variations due to differences in the display of the screen. Kindly note color variation or color mismatch will not be considered as a valid reason to process a refund.
